Our Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with any of your purchases from Poshpartybagz for any reason please contact us within three days of your delivery date and we will refund your purchase price in full, provided that the items are returned in their original condition with all wrappers intact plus your receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy

Any information you pass to us will be held in strictest confidence. No customer information will be passed to any other agent under any kind of agreement.

Health & Safety

All of our products are very carefully selected and carry the European C E mark. None of the items are suitable for children under 3 years old due to small parts. It is the parent's responsibility to supervise the end user of our products.

Payment

No items will be dispatched until the customer has made full payment to Poshpartybagz. All prices quoted are Pounds Sterling. All payments must be made in Pounds Sterling. In the case of payments by cheque, it must be made payable via a UK bank. Credit cards can be used via paypal.

Availability

The items you see on our Website are from our general stock. If however an item is not available for any reason, we will make a substitution of equal or better value or quality. Any substitution made will stil be in the theme of the party bags purchased (i.e Pirates, Football, Fairy etc.)

Prices

All prices will be confirmed at the point of sale and will not change for the life of the transaction.

Dispatch & Delivery

Dispatch will occur within 1 to 2 working days of full payment being made to Poshpartybagz. All orders will be charged £4.95 for postage and packaging. (Except for Retail & Contract Bagz, which will be with prior agreement delivery costs). Delivery dates are estimates only and Poshpartybagz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of failure to meet specific dates.

Loss or damage in transit

Every effort will be made to ensure your goods are delivered on time. Other than transit errors it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure goods are ordered in good time. Our sole responsibility will be to replace lost or damaged goods or providing a refund whichever the buyer chooses.

Copyright

Copyright on all our products, be it design, packaging, presentation or literature will remain the property of the copyright owner and no rights or license will be granted whether direct or implied.

Complaints

We hope you will be delighted with your purchases but if you are not, provided you comply with the conditions under our guarantee policy then we will give you a full refund or exchange on the return of goods. It is our policy to resolve all matters of complaints within 2 working days.

The Law

All agreement made between Poshpartybagz and its customers will be subject to English Law and no other and parties concerned will submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

Party Information
We can arrange for Professional Face Painting to be done at your party. (Essex Only at present). Disco's can be arranged, Please email your location and we will email you a price.

Filled Party Food Boxes can be arranged for £2.00 per box.
